The New and Improved Mobile App

The new and improved mobile app, dubbed “Teem – Collaborate & Connect,” is now ready for download. The new app makes Check-in even easier (automatic, even!) and offers smarter ways to find spaces to book. This also means that the old mobile app, “Legacy – Teem,” will be going away in the coming months.

Just as before, Teem – Collaborate & Connect is included in all packages. It’s got some pretty cool stuff to offer:

• Check-in Options – Allow users to check in automatically with our beacon integration or with one tap via notification.
• Smarter Ways to Book – Users can find and book a space based on its proximity, availability, amenities, capacity, and location.
• Intuitive Options – See rooms and desks through relevant categories like Nearby or Frequently Booked spaces.
• Manage Meetings – Users can make easy last-minute changes like letting attendees know when they’re running late to a meeting or add a room or desk to a meeting if they forgot to.
