Restrict Your Room Display to Only Allow Immediate Reservations

Every enterprise company has a unique workplace culture that manifests through how rooms are utilized. Many of our enterprise customers have rooms meant only for ad hoc use, and are not reservable in advance.

To begin to accommodate this need, we’ve added a setting that allows their Teem administrator restrict the functionality of the room display in a way that prevents booking future meetings from the EventBoard display. This setting, along with another new set that’s coming soon (!), will allow the EventBoard display to be customized to facilitate true huddle, on-demand, and ad-hoc only meeting rooms.
