13 Workplace Analytics Every IT Leader Should Track

Last week we wrapped up our inaugural WX (Workplace Experience) Summit in beautiful Park City, Utah. After a weekend of heavy snowfall, the stage was set for a first-class week nestled in the foothills of the Wasatch mountains.

Brilliant People, Big Conversations

We curated a roster of thought leaders from a wide variety of industries to talk about how we define WX, the current trends in WX across all business units (including IT, Real Estate, Facilities, Design, and more), and where the future of WX is headed. Attendees from all over the country gathered to participate in groundbreaking discussions on how to better collaborate with the disparate teams within their organizations, and how that collaboration can lead to better workplaces and happier workers.

Rocky Mountain (Adrenaline) High

After two solid days of putting in the work, we made sure to have plenty of time to enjoy the winter wonderland outside. Groups were able to hit the slopes on skis or snowboards, embark on a guided snowmobiling adventure, experience an olympic bobsledding run, or spend the day relaxing in the Grand Summit Hotel’s luxurious spa. All in all, there was something for everyone!
